What we store
When you submit a form, we store the details you provide: name, phone number, email address and your message — and for the farm register, your preferred price range and areas. The information is used only to reply to your enquiry or to send you information about properties you have asked for.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies and uses no tracking or advertising tools. Maps on the contact page are loaded from OpenStreetMap, and property films are loaded from Vimeo only when you press play.
Who we share with
Your details are shared only with those who need them to reply to you, such as the responsible agent. Ordering a sales prospectus and registering for viewings are handled by our suppliers, who have their own privacy policies.
How long
Information is kept no longer than the purpose requires and the law demands. You can leave the farm register at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and to object to processing (GDPR art. 15–22). Email us and we will help. You may also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
